Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in AWS US regions, using encrypted storage and databases.
Who can access my data?
Only you and users you explicitly invite to your account. Our engineering team has access for support purposes only, and all access is logged in our audit system.
How long do you retain data?
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 1 year for compliance.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download your reports and export your property data from your account settings. If you need a specific format, contact us.
